Requires 3-5 years experience with information architecture of websites, intranets, web-based products and services, or interactive mediums.

These positions will support the design, development, and implementation of intuitive, easy to use, customer-centric approaches for Colonial Life websites, web applications, and other interactive mediums. This will be accomplished through an understanding of business processes and requirements, technical infrastructure, usability, and customer needs. These positions will contribute to the customer experience vision in support of Colonial Life corporate strategy and unified brand experience. These positions will also support the day to day management of content on all Colonial Life websites as well as provide primary administrative support for the content management system.
